General Terms and Conditions for Orders in the Online Shop
§ 1 Scope of application
For the business relations between Natura Trading BV – hereinafter referred to as NT – and the customer, the following General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. Natura Trading BV does not recognise any deviating terms and conditions of the customer unless Natura Trading BV has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
§ 2 Registration
Your registration to our shop system is free of charge. There is no entitlement to admission to our shop system. Registration with us alone does not constitute any obligation to purchase the goods offered by us.
§ 3 Conclusion of contract
The order on our website is placed by filling out the order form and completing the order process via the corresponding button.
Your order constitutes an offer to us to conclude a purchase agreement. When you place an order with Natura Trading BV, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail after placing the order, which, however, does not constitute acceptance of your offer by us, but only confirms receipt of your order. The acceptance of the offer is at the discretion of Natura Trading BV.
All products listed in our shop are available and in stock. Sold-out or currently unavailable products cannot be added to the shopping cart and therefore cannot be ordered. If in exceptional cases, due to overlapping of different orders, an ordered product is not available, we will inform you immediately. We will immediately refund any payments made in return.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which contains the contract data, the legally required cancellation policy and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. Upon receipt of the order confirmation, a purchase contract is concluded between you and us for the ordered items.
The order data, our GTC and the cancellation policy can be found in text form in the order confirmation, which you can print out by e-mail upon receipt.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is exclusively German.
§ 4 Prices
The prices at the time of the order shall apply. Our prices include the statutory value added tax. Any shipping costs incurred are listed in each case before the order is completed and are shown separately by us on the invoice. Prices, promotions and, if applicable, coupons are valid until the date stated.
§ 5 Shipping costs
Free shipping from € 100,- order value for delivery addresses to Germany and Austria. For lower order values, we charge a share of only € 4.90 for careful packaging and shipping for shipments to Germany and Austria. Partial deliveries are free of shipping costs. We do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge, not even for partial deliveries. For deliveries to other EU countries, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, the costs for packaging and shipping are € 9.90.
§ 6 Delivery
Delivery shall be made by DHL shipping. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. We will gladly deliver to your desired address (workplace, neighbour, …).

§ 7 Payment options
We can offer you the following payment options:

The payment option “on account” is not automatically activated, but is made available to regular customers individually and after a credit check.
Bank transfers: With our email order confirmation you will receive our invoice as an email attachment.
The original of this invoice will be enclosed with the delivery. In the case of prepayment orders, your order will only be processed and released after receipt of payment of the full invoice amount on our account.
For orders “On account” we ask you to pay the invoice amount within 10 days after receipt of the goods using the payment slip enclosed with the delivery.

§ 8 Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Natura Trading BV until full payment has been made.
§ 9 Consumer information for distance contracts for the purchase of goods and cancellation policy
You may return your order to us within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The revocation is effected by your written revocation or the return of the goods. The written revocation must be sent to:

The cancellation period begins after the customer has confirmed these terms and conditions as part of the online order confirmation, but not before the recipient has received the goods.
Consequences of cancellation:
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived must be surrendered. If you are unable to return or surrender the received performance and benefits (e.g. benefits of use), or are only able to do so in part or in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss of value. This may mean that you must nevertheless fulfil the contractual payment obligations for the period until revocation. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item and for any use made of it if the use or deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond checking the properties and contents. By “testing the properties and ingredients” we mean testing and assessing the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a shop, for example.
Should you make use of your right of revocation, you shall bear the regular costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods or if you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return shipment is free of charge for you.

Personal data (first name, surname, address, postcode, town, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth) is collected, stored and used when you place an order in order to process it and to be able to dispatch the goods ordered, as well as to prepare personal offers, provide services and maintain customer relations. When confirming an order, we only reveal the last four digits of your credit card number. Of course, in the course of processing your order, we transmit your full credit card number to the relevant credit card company. Your credit card data is NOT stored on our server!
